The Renner Italia™ Water-Based Urethane Topcoat is a premium, water-based urethane topcoat product that’s affordable and great for both residential and commercial projects. This water-based urethane topcoat is extremely durable, long-lasting and mildew resistant when proper application and maintenance over time.
This product is excellent for refinishing and for an open grain look finish. It can be tinted in any color.

The Renner Italia™ Water-Base Urethane Topcoat can also be used with the Renner Italia™ Topcoat Catalyst. *This product is recommended to be catalyzed at 5-10%.*
When catalyzing at 5%, 1 quart is good for up to 5 gallons of Renner Italia™ Water-Base Urethane Topcoat products.
